Abstract
The document outlines the strategy for implementation of the Community-based Production Forestry (CPF)6 model at the pilot target site in the Seima Protection Forest and Biodiversity Conservation Area (SPF)7. This document aims to encourage debate and feedback from other stakeholders on the best way to implement such an ambitious model in Cambodia. Elements of the model will be refined further during the process.
