Abstract
On November 16, 2012 was held in the facilities of the zoo in Cali, the First Workshop on Environmental Education in Turtle Conservation Project organized by Wildilife Continental Conservation Society-WCS, Turtle Survival Alliance - TSA, the Colombian Association of Herpetology - ACHerpetología and Cali Zoo. The purpose of this workshop was to assess the initiatives developed conservation education, discuss objectives and scope of education programs and to propose some general recommendations to serve as a guide and tool to aid in the implementation of future projects.
