Abstract
The MBRN Monitoring Plan (PM) construction process was designed and performed to provide scientific and reliable information to Mosaic decision-makers and actors to evaluate the efforts and investments employed in their functionality. In addition, the PM aims to adapt and improve the activities performed in the Mosaic over time. It is worth mentioning that this process took place in an open and participatory manner, involving the various representations that make up the MBRN Council, which created a Technical Chamber to organize and promote the work and discussions necessary for its elaboration.
