Abstract
WCS Education’s Professional Development (PD) team offers educational programs for teachers, school administrators, and parent coordinators. Since 2017, the PD team has collected survey data from its participants for benchmarking and informal evaluation. This is the first year that the Educational Research and Evaluation team has conducted a comprehensive evaluation of PD programs to understand the programs’ reach and impact. We use registration data, participant information, and survey data to track metrics for FY20. The following report includes data from PD Workshops for General Teachers and Urban Advantage that ran from July 1, 2019 through April 30, 2020.
