Abstract
Wild waterfowl are considered the main reservoir for all subtypes of avian influenza (AI) viruses. This study sampled wild waterbirds in Mongolia from July 2006 to September 2009 for AI virus antibodies to assess the spatial, temporal, and inter-species variation in antibody prevalence across the country.
