Analyses of Forest Inventory Data in relation to Remotely Sensed Data for Estimation of Forest Biomass and Forest Carbon
Author(s)

Published
2015
Abstract
The paper will estimate the forest resources quantity such as timber volume, basal area, number of trees, and forest biomass and forest carbon at the Plot Level, Per Hectare Level and Study Area level using Field Inventory Data in Myanmar. The paper will derive the relationship of Forest Resources Quantity especially Forest Biomass and Forest Carbon to the Spectral Reflectance and Vegetation. The paper will highlight the reliability of estimates based on the Forest Inventory Plot Data and Remotely Sensed Data.
