Welcome to the WCS Library & Archives public website.

Under Scientific Research, you will find information on the many articles, books, reports, and data WCS staff have produced. You’ll also find our Publications Database, which includes a deeper history of staff publications.

From the WCS Archives, you’ll find access to our digital collections, with links to digitized historical collections such as postcards, scrapbooks, annual reports, and serials. For researchers, there are links to our growing collection of finding aids and information about conducting research in the Archives. We’ve also included a short history of WCS with suggested links to other resources on our history.

Please note: Beginning in December 2019 through Spring 2020, the WCS Archives will be closed to in-person researchers.  Please email us for more information.
